Vistic, LLC, doing business as OrthoSkool (“OrthoSkool,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit orthoskool.com and our related marketing pages (the “Website”).
Scope. This Policy applies only to the OrthoSkool marketing Website. It does not apply to the OrthoSkool platform — the software application we license to healthcare organizations to deliver patient education. The Website does not collect, process, or store patient health information, and it does not provide access to the platform. Information handled within the platform is governed by separate agreements, including Business Associate Agreements with our healthcare-organization customers, and is not covered by this Policy.

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and that help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not use the Website to serve targeted advertising or to track you across other websites. 8. Children’s Privacy
The Website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the Website.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Website does not currently respond to them.
